Prescription products start with an online visit. A licensed provider reviews your answers and decides whether a medication is appropriate for you. Supplement packs don't need a prescription.
Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your provider will talk through whether a compounded or an FDA-approved option suits you.
If a provider decides a prescription isn't right for you, you won't be charged for medication. Your online visit is included in every plan, so there is no separate visit fee.

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with Upgrades Health starts with a lab panel, including total testosterone, hematocrit, LH and PSA. A licensed provider reviews your results and symptoms before deciding whether testosterone cypionate is appropriate.
